Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. By shopping with us, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Bagalike website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to display product colours, sizes, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings and photography. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices may change without prior notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is the price you will be charged. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

4. Order Placement & Confirmation

Placing an order does not constitute a contract. Orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We will confirm your order via phone or email. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We currently accept payment via Cash on Delivery. Payment is due at the time of delivery. Please ensure the exact amount is ready. Our delivery partner cannot provide change for large denominations. Repeated refusals of COD orders may result in suspension of ordering privileges.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. A flat shipping fee of PKR 200 applies to all orders. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, strikes, or natural disasters.

7. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. We do not accept returns on discounted or sale items. To initiate a return, contact us via WhatsApp or email. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

8. Discount Codes

Discount codes are single-use per customer unless otherwise stated. Codes cannot be combined with other offers. Bagalike reserves the right to cancel or modify discount codes at any time. Misuse of discount codes may result in order cancellation.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, images, logos, and product descriptions is the property of Bagalike and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Bagalike shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Sindh.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes your acceptance.
